[REVIEW] Cosrx Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence

Vancouver winters leave my skin feeling like the Sahara desert. Adding the Cosrx Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence into my skin care routine has changed my life!

For those who are new to the snail skin care trend, snail mucin helps heal and soothe the skin while providing moisture at the same time. It's a highly popular ingredient for Korean skin care products!

I've been using this essence every day in the morning and at night after toner. It gives an wonderful moisture boost to your skin before applying your serum or moisturizer. This also helps heal any active acne/problematic patches - even on areas with mild eczema for me! It immediately calms down any and your skin feels plump and moisturized after.

The texture of this is very slimy - just like snail mucus (kind of gross but interesting?!). The pump bottle package is perfect for this product and hygienic as well!

Another great thing about this is that it can be applied around the eye area - that's how gentle it is!

I got mine from Chuusi.ca but they are currently sold out at the moment - you can also get it from Wishtrend or search it up on eBay!

  1. I love Cosrx products; they are a few products that work on my acne-prone skin. Their trouble skincare line is awesome. I've try snail mucin products from Mizon but it breaks me out so I'm shy away from using any snail mucin skincare :(

    1. Aw it sucks that snail mucin products don't work well with your skin! Have you tried other brands? It might just be the formulation from Mizon!
